An exquisite brooch made in China for the export market in the early 20th century. A beautiful natural jadeite stone carved into the image of a bird. Set in a silver bezel that has been acid tested. The clasp is an old style and is in good working order. Please note that the stone does not react to UV light (please see last photo).
