SOLID STERLING SILVER VINTAGE ART NOUVEAU STYLE PLIQUE A JOUR ENAMEL & REAL RUBY "Love Birds" PIN BROOCH. Stamped 925 to the back. A gorgeous solid sterling silver brooch (much prettier by eye than pictured) depicting beautiful love birds in blossom. The birds feathers are filled with translucent enamel "plique a jour" in tones of purple, aqua and green.

The birds eyes are set with tiny real ruby gem stones. Perched on tree branch full of blossom enamelled in green and pinks.

All of the metal wear is made from solid sterling silver, stamped 925 to the back. It measures 37 mm long x 25 mm wide and is in excellent condition, would make a unique and lovely gift.

I have some lovely vintage glass beads, diamante neckl aces and earrings as well as bracelets and brooches.
