Vintage Georg Jensen Denmark Sterling Silver 925 Bird Pin or Brooch #238

  
This is another great vintage pin and/or brooch by Georg Jensen, Denmark! The pin, which is made of sterling silver, features a bird with its wings spread, sitting on a branch or something similar. The pin is in the shape of an oval, measuring 1 3/4" x 1 1/4".

The backside has the Georg Jensen marking as well as "925" and "Sterling" and "Denmark" and "238". The pin works well and stays secure when fastened. This pin weighs 10.2 grams.

A very pretty pin in nice condition. This pin does have some patina/tarnishing, particularly on the backside, as well as some nicks around the backside.
