This is a beautiful Italian micro mosaic brooch that features a bird and flowers of fine detail in the tiniest handmade glass tiles. The replacement hinge and locking c clasp are in working order. The piece likely dates to the 1800s. The bezel tests at least 10k gold. The tesserae (tiny hand made pieces of glass tiles) is completely intact. The goldstone has no cracks.
