PRETTY ANTIQUE EUROPEAN SILVER GILT TURQUOISE SWALLOW / DOVE BIRD BROOCH. An antique solid silver swallow (or similar bird) brooch, with gilded highlights, an applied wire collar & pearl tag, and pavé set with tiny turquoise cabochons and a ruby paste eye. Pretty, collectible & wearable too! CONDITION : All original and very good. Slight signs of wear to stones & tarnish commensurate with age and use.

DIMENSIONS : 33 x 17 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
