This gorgeous vintage designer signed Coro Sterling jelly belly figural swan brooch or pin is a book piece in the Brunialti book - Volume 2 page 205. It was patented by designer Adolph Katz, patent #140,945 on April 24, 1945. I have searched for this pin and it appears to be rare in the marketplace today. The swan is sterling with a rose gold plating, lucite jelly belly and the tail is embellished with clear rhinestones. A blue rhinestone is set for his eye.
It is signed Coro Sterling on the reverse. As noted the pin is much nicer in person - there is some minor wear to the gold over sterlinjg but that is much enhanced in my photos as they are digital macro.
Hallmark - Coro and Sterling Size - 1.75" x 1.25" Condition - Overall excellent - minor wear to the rose gold over sterling Comes gift boxed and packaged securely for safe arrival.
