Superb Rare Signed David Andersen 925S Sterling Silver Norwegian Wedding Solje Kissing Love Birds Brooch. This unique brooch/pin is the traditional ornament of Norwegian weddings often worn by married women.

Legend has it that the brooch functions as a protection from evil spirts because of the brooches shimmering reflective design. The brooch features two love birds kissing doves with heart and five detailed leaves dangles. The back of brooch is signed 925S for sterling silver and David-Andersen.
