CINER Scarecrow Brooch Enamel and Rhinestones Adorable! Offered is this vintage Ciner scarecrow brooch in 18k gold plated metal. This adorable scarecrow has a bird sitting on his arm enameled in red with green rhinestone eyes, a clear crystal rhinestone necklace and up the side of its head. The scarecrow has a green enameled jacket, blue enameled pants, a clear rhinestone tie with a sapphire blue cabochon as the tie of the tie, and blue rhinestone buttons. He has a black enameled hat with a clear rhinestone hat band and clear rhinestone eyes.
