Vintage Art Deco 89 Co Figural Bird Brooch Pin Rhinestones. Art Deco 89 was founded by Larry Joseph, a former owner of Hattie Carnegie, and was only in business for about a year. Joseph's mission was to create fabulous jewelry based on designs from the Art Deco era. This brooch commemorates the bluebird of happiness. This particular brooch is numbered B006.
