Vintage 1940s Signed Coro Wire Works Bird in Flight Rhinestone Figural Brooch. Adorned with sparkling rosy pink and emerald green rhinestones. Wonderful wire work metal design. Patent Reference: Design Patent 147,244 was issued Aug. 5, 1947 and signed by Adolph Katz.

Advertisement Reference: The Coro Wire Works jewelry line is featured in a 1947 advertisement titled "Menagerie by Coro". Condition: Rhinestones are present, bright, and sparkling with only some very slight signs of foil wear on the pink rhinestone (visible under magnification).

Finish is in overall very good condition with only some light fading/loss. Locking safety clasp is in perfect working order. Measurement Approx: 2" x 1 1/2".
