Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Turquoise Bird Brooch. This beautiful piece features sterling silver inset with turquoise chips and a polished silver, brass and copper motif. The motif represents a bird with silver wing and a brass head with copper eye. The brooch has a long pin with a roll over safety catch. The brooch is clearly stamped with a circular stamp with Taxco Mexico 925 for sterling silver.

The makers mark is to the centre and look like ALL. The brooch is a good size and presents beautifully. The brooch is 53mm x 53mm. Please note this item is original and not a modern day reproduction.
