A lot going on here. Gold tone (That 1940s Brassy Gold Tone) and Silver tone accents on Hair. No EnamelIt's Not supposed to, however A few pictures the reflection makes it look like might be eyebrows, etc so worth a mention. Metal is in great condition.

At times I thought they were yellowing in a few spots, but it's just because they were on the gold tone metal I think gave that impression in some lights.
